Business Case For New Food Delivery Service

Need to do a Business Case for a new company. The company is Todo Mandaditos a Food Delivery Company in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. To start we are building a web app with a few restaurants and deliver only to the city of san pedro sula, Honduras. I am attaching 3 documents. First is the guidelines which include 2 examples of how it should be done. The second is my project plan for the web app and the third is the feasibility analysis. I placed 5 pages but it could be 3 pages long. I just want to pay the right amount for the work needed.
