You need to cover the following regulations:  Securities Exchange Act of 1934  Sarbanes – Oxley Act of 2002 This project is aimed to increase your awareness about the regulations governing corporations. For this individual project you need to read about the assigned regulations and then prepare a report about the regulations. You need to submit a single file for the entire project containing reports for both regulations (total of 8-10 pages). You may also need to read related literature to clearly understand and express your findings. At minimum, you need to address the following points:  Why was the regulation brought into existence?  What were the main provisions of the regulation?  Was the regulation successful?  Provide real-world examples related to this regulation (e.g.: Corporations or Executives found adhering/flouting these regulations) General Guidelines:  Each regulation report needs to be 4-5 pages long. However, you need to submit a single file for the entire project (total of 8-10 pages).  You can use any source that you want but you should not indulge in plagiarism. If I discover that your report has been plagiarized, then strict action will be taken against you.  You need to use a standard font type (Times New Roman, Calibri, and Garamond) and the font-size needs to be 12. You must use line spacing of 1.5 and margins should not be greater than 1 inch.  You need to cite your sources.
