 If you were hired as a safety manager for a company, your first task as a safety manager is to evaluate the potential hazards in the workplace and develop a safety checklist for the supervisors (including yourself) to follow. (e.g. General office, kitchen, warehouse, …) Space of the workplace (e.g. 2000 sqft, 10000 sqft, …) Conditions of the workplace (e.g lightings, walkways, floors …) Number of employees What do they sell, what do they make, and how do they make (if applicable) Types of equipment/machine used (if applicable) Indicate the potential hazards 2). Create a safety checklist with 20 important safety points 3). Provide a separate sheet to give the justification of each important points.
