Career Learning Reflection

Complete a detailed critical reflection on your career learning.The focus of the analysis and reflection will be on how your thinking about your own career interests, goals, or strategies has developed over the course of the semester. The reflection could take the form of a learning journal (summary and reflection on key learning from selected weeks or specific topics over the semester) or a strategic career plan in which you identify key challenges, goals and outline an action plan toward achievement of those goals. (samples of each approach will be provided on moodle and feedback on assignment 1 part 2 will be directed toward improvement of your reflection). Your aim in this assignment is to make connections between topics or issues studied throughout the semester and your own career goals, interests or strategies. You can demonstrate the impact of your learning through evaluation of goals and the development of action plan, and by making specific and direct links to materials, readings, resources given to you over the semester. You will also be able to do well by finding and providing a critical perspective on any relevant resources you have researched yourself.
