Behavior Management: A framework of 3 elements to include 1) prevention, 2) support/ intervention and 3) positive reinforcement for all of the types of problem (‘not a problem/non-problem’, ‘minor problem’, ‘major problem, escalating/spreading’) (CT; PK): Three elements of the framework are used for all 4 types of problems and contain clear details that reflect a range of good practices; and are clearly congruent with key theories of behavior management and your personal philosophy. Relationships/ Partnerships with Parents Working with Parents (GA; P,CR): Clear details that reflect 3 or more good practices; and are clearly congruent with key theories of behavior management and your personal philosophy. Conclusion: A concise summary is given that clearly articulates the need for a CMP and how it will support work as a teacher or school social worker. Structure and organization: Report provides a summary and is well-structured and clearly written with few grammar and language errors. APA format is used correctly for citations and references are noted at the end. Four appendices are provided at the end of the plan.
