Case summary and essay – Phoenixing

IMPORTANT NOTE: the citation style HAS TO FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES BY AGLC 4 (i only chose harvard for the paper format, as AGLC4 wasnt an option)). I have attached the pdf of AGLC4. *there needs to be atleast 45 references in the bibliography. Ensure that both footnoting and bibliography is in accordance with AGLC4! There has to be footnoting throughout the case summary (pinpoint to the specific paragraphs of the court case where certain ideas are mentioned) For the actual question and structure required, refer to the document marked as ‘structure’ and the marking rubric is also attached. In essence, this is an essay as well as a case summary. The first question involves an essay, and the second question involves the case summary. For the case summary, i have attached the structure as images, as well as the pdf of the original decision so you have some context, which will also help you in answering the ‘procedural history’ aspect of it. REMEMBER, the case summary is based on the APPEAL decision. I have also attached slides that summarises the case and goes through laws etc that will help you in answering both questions highlighted.
