International Law principles

Description

The paper consists of two International Law hypothetical scenarios. I would like all International Law principles to be applied to the two questions in a clear, logical order. References should comprise of all international law sources including prominent cases, Treaties and customary international law. Below the facts of each question, there are certain prompts and guided instructions about the structure of the required answer. I would wish the answer to be tailored according to the questions below each question. Urgently required as it is a take home assignment, therefore i cannot afford any delays to the paper.
