Myth Analysis

 The most important consideration is providing distinct responses to each question. Make sure you provide a direct, clear and separate response for each question. Organize your analysis according to the eight questions in the order listed above. Avoid collapsing your responses together (e.g. addressing “purpose” and “problem” in the same paragraph). You do not need to provide an introduction or conclusion. If you quote directly from the textbook, include page numbers parenthetically. Citing additional sources is not required for this assignment, but if you do so be sure to provide proper documentation (footnotes and bibliography). Responses should use a formal academic style, be well-organized and should not contain grammatical or typographical errors. Your analysis should demonstrate “lucid brevity” that is the hallmark of good academic writing.
