Retirement experiences of sports coaches

A sports and exercise science dissertation. A literature review dissertation. the purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the experiences of older coaches (50 years plus) that have worked alongside/mentored younger sports coaches, and if the older coaches ever felt inferior to the younger sports coaches whilst coaching. this is to get a better understanding of the working relationships that older coaches have with younger coaches. Mention why it is important for older and younger sports to have a good working relationship and why this research was conducted. I thought that if older sports coaches are made to mentor younger sports coaches, the older coaches may feel as if they are mentoring their potential replacement because they are seen as old… mention benefits and down sides of a younger coach working alongside older coach/mentor, and also benefits and down sides of older coach working alongside a younger coach. for example the younger coach may be afraid or reluctant to correct the older coach just because he/she is older and has more experience and does not want to embarrass them. this is a literature review, no more than 7000 words and at least 35 references. I have attached the guide and specifications that my university has given me for this dissertation. The “Dissertation guide” file attached mentions 3 different assignments, please only focus on the dissertation and remember that this is a literature review dissertation. and the other file “project proposal guide” that I attached is a small part of my project proposal from last year, to give you more of an insight as to why the research should be done and the benefits of conducting this research etc. in the “project proposal guide” attachment I had original planned to do interviews, and for this dissertation i just need an entire literature review. please keep this in mind.
