Write a short paper describing how the regulation of hazardous materials packaging will need to change in the next 20 years (100-250 words approximately). Consider and comment on the following specific topics; 1. Are regulations effective in the current period of time? 2. Why the regulations will be needed in the future, or, why they won’t be needed. 3. How changes in shipping methods and retail markets, both in the last few years and your projection into the future, will change the requirements for regulations 4. Specifically, what persons or groups should be responsible to make any changes that will be required.in the future? Note: Your paper must be your own original work. No collaboration, no copy and paste, no plagiarism. For the paper you may take the position that the regulations do not need to change. You can have any opinion you want, but support your position in the paper. Hint: Write a professional paper. Any submission that is heavy with fill and “here’s what I think” content will receive minimal points. Use changes that will or may affect broad areas of the economy, not narrow, very localized possibilities, such as drone delivery. Support your positions with facts. Write as if your manager asked you for a quick review of the future of hazardous materials regulations in order to make important decisions on future resources required. It is a very good idea to organize your paper according to the four topics listed above. Rambling, mixed topic papers are likely to be less successful.
