In Unit 1, you are learning about the relationships between marketing, the market, and an organization’s profit formula. These can be expressed effectively using components of the Business Model Canvas and the related Value Proposition Canvas. Both these images are embedded here and attached as PDFs in Unit 1’s folder. Part 1 – Your initial task for the Unit 1 Discussion Forum is to use these two canvases to explain an organization’s value to prospective customers, the marketing mix used to deliver the value, and how the organization earns revenue given the overall business model. Use the canvas templates in your initial post to act as a visual support for your analysis. choose an organization for this task. You should cite your sources. Every sentence including source material should contain an in-text citation noting the source and that source should be listed in your reference list. Use APA formatting for your sources (see Owl at Purdue for a great resource on using APA). Proofread your work so that it is professional and error-free. Lastly, if you search in a search engine for business models, you will see several examples such as the Uber example included below.
