1. Describe some of the basic features of ethnographic research. 2. Explain why private-sector ethnography is important to IMC specialists. 3. Give at least one real-life example (i.e. search for case studies, academic articles, or research reports, etc.) of private-sector ethnographic research that was used by a company and what did you learn about it. (Be careful not to confuse qualitative research with quantitative research.) Please see the rest of the instructions in the attached document. I’ve also included articles that can be used for this paper. Please try to incorporate some of them or all.
