 In the film, “The Spartans” by Lion Television Unlimited, what does the narrator mean when she says, “So, in a sense, the story of the Spartans is the story of ourselves and how some of the ideals that have molded western civilization were first tried out in a warrior state on the Greek mainland over 2,500 years ago.
