 You have been hired as the Executive Manager for a new franchise chain of Restaurants called “Bruno’s Bar and Grill”. Your first assignment in the new role is to put together a detailed memo for the new restaurant owners of the Employment standards regulations for the franchisees. The need to be informed on minimum wages, over time legislation, hours of work, holiday and statutory pay requirements as well as leave of absence legislation.
