This is a PhD research proposal. Write on how juvenile justice is administered in Cameroon. Cameroon has ratified many international and regional conventions protecting the rights of juveniles when they come in conflict with the law, but in practice ,are these laws ,treaties actually implemented ? The study will research on the administration of juvenile justice in Cameroon,by examining the gaps between what the law says and the practice or the reality on ground and at the end will propose solutions on how to bridge the gap between legislation and practice. The paper will be structured this way: Introduction/ Problem statement, Rationale/Significance of the study/ main research questions/ research objectives . II: Literature review Conclusion
