The development of the Graduate Portfolio is required as a 1- credits independent course (EDLD 695 – Portfolio Development) and is aligned with the department’s university assessment plan. The intention of the Graduate Portfolio is to demonstrate competency in knowledge, skills, and/or dispositions in four key areas — Leadership Philosophy, Ethical Leadership, Organizational & Systems Change, and Specialization — that you have developed throughout your Master’s program.
