Development of Healthcare Assessment Part 1

 The development of healthcare environment assignment is designed to assess the internal and external influences, and analyze how the organization responds to potential environment influences such as: industry, technology, and governmental or regulatory changes. This assignment will include a cover page, page numbers in the upper right corner, and adherence to APA. The paper should be 3 to 5 pages combined with the organizational assessment (cover and reference page not included). An appendix or appendices must be created for attachments such as images and tables. Attachments Include major stakeholders and there relationship to the organization. Major competitors and the nature of their competition, as well as why they are seen as competitors? Define major environmental opportunities and threats faced by organization, the organizational response both formal and informal; and give your own assessment of the adequacy of the responses. Describe how your specific assignment/project bridge into the organizational responses to healthcare delivery. The healthcare organization I want this paper to be about is Temple University Hospital.
