Term Project Paper • Each student will do a project paper, in APA format, 10 pages double-spaced, not including the cover page, reference page and charts. This a research paper and students will use references and in-text citations. The paper will be a policy brief analyzing a policy issue and making recommendations. The paper must include one policy technique from the PSC text and citations from all sources
