Report of Project Management Methodologies

Description Write a report that provides facts about various project method methodologies. The audience for your report is your senior leadership. Include the following: 1. Provide an overview of your organization and the project management methodology you currently use (traditional/waterfall, agile, lean, etc.). You may also use a company you wish to work for in the future. 2. Write a 1-2 page summary of the existing methodology, its origin and advantages and disadvantages. 3. Write a 1-2 page summary of an alternate methodology (traditional, agile, lean, etc.) including its advantages and disadvantages. 4. Write a conclusion discussing recommendations for your company based on your findings. The length should be in the range of 1500 words +/- 10%.
