1. to write a sales proposal for a local private bus company ( in Singapore , main biz activity – chartered of buses ( school / workers / tours transport service ) . 2. The company intends to build its own sales team, advise how to build it. ( the company is still expanding, right now it is a one man show company ) 3. explain how to expand its market share in the local industry. ( eg how to secure the current customer base and expand new (channels to expand ? it is small/medium sized, not public listed company in Singapore stock exchange) 4. how to set sales target , how to set profit margin ( in relating to rewards system) 5. follow ups after getting new projects ( contract renewal and communications in between operation n sales dept )
