Is the HDI enough of an indicator, or are there other dimensions which should be considered? 3. In your opinion, what criteria does a country need to satisfy to be considered “developed”? 4. Where is this country in terms of development according to the HDI? 5. Has this country’s development level changed over time, or remained relatively constant?
