PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR QUESTIONS AND MARKING RUBRIC Instructions 1. The assignment has 2 parts, i.e. the Management report and the reflective essay. 2. The management report should be about 3800 words while the reflective essay should take up about 1000 words covering the contents of the question. The word counts are minimum word limits. So you do not have to stress about bringing them down should the essay overlap. 3. I have attached 2 sample management reports and 3 sample reflective essays for you to select which format you prefer and get an idea of what the lecturer wants. 4. Please take the grading criteria very seriously. 5. The assignment is meant to prepare us for the thesis writing, so that means almost every sentence in the literature review has to be referenced 6. If you want to write about interviews being conducted in person, please select a company based in Cape Town, South Africa. But if you will write about interviews conducted via skype or zoom platforms, you can use a company outside cape town. Please add the necessary appendixes for what does not go into the main body done in the sample assignments 7. Referencing is taken seriously by the school, so some statements should be backed by 2 or 3 references to increase the validity score, as you can see, referencing is 10% of the mark. 8. Please use both the class readings and other readings for referencing as you do your research…The professor appreciates seeing her readings, but she of course wants to see how we went further into research. 9. The course outline attached has the outline of the course, the class required readings and the grading criteria. 10. I have attached the class presentations to give you an idea of the concepts we have covered, please note that sessions 2 and 8 has no presentations, so you may browse through the readings mentioned in the course outline to get an idea of our discussion. 11. Concerning the reflective essay, please write it out taking into consideration that this assignment was done by 2 people. Hence, it requires you to write what I would have experienced had I actually done the work with this other person. All the processes from setting up the interviews to the interviewing, to working with this partner, to drafting, Challenges, learnings, etc. The 1000-word limit is a minimum criterion
