Individual group members should submit a reflective essay on their thoughts and feelings of working with a group of people which was not of their own choosing. Support your reflection with some references (a minimum of 3 references of which 2 MUST be academic journal references) and supported by other relevant and reliable sources. As this is a reflective essay about you the essay should not be written in the third person style. Instead, it is acceptable to use the word “I” when writing a reflective essay. If your essay should exceed the word limit (500 words +/- 10%), then it will only be graded up to the upper limit, further content will not be read.
