Students are required to write a personal reflective report to reflect critically and objectively what they have learnt in the subject independently.

Emphasis is on how the newly acquired knowledge could enhance their individual analytical and balanced insight on the challenges encountered by management in the hospitality and tourism industry. Students should also share precisely how the learning process and experience in this subject had enabled them to become a better learner and competent professional.
