Strategic Marketing Plan for Population Health Management Program-Cottage Health
Develop a detailed marketing plan that is aimed to inform and empower the community residents, health professionals, and other stakeholders within the region to engage in effective population health management activities. Support the mechanisms that encourage residents to actively engage in the management and improvement of their own health and wellness. Include activities that support population health management initiatives in the marketing plan, including new partners, messages, and metrics. Based on the previous analyses, develop the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis for the population health management program using the classic 2×2 table format, brand promise, market positioning, and pricing (related to the marketing plan).
