Government Policy of Budgeting and Spending for Public programs

 For the next fifteen weeks or so we’re going to be discussing many areas of government and the logic behind both budgeting and spending for public programs. In our first week, we’ll discuss some of the debate regarding a government policy of modeling both structure and action like a business.
