Task Description and Deliverable Complete this Learning Activity according to the instructions set forth below, and submit the completed template by the due date indicated by your facilitator using the course Dropbox for this Learning Activity. Select five foreign countries having securities exchanges, including at least one country in each of Eastern Europe, Far East Asia, Africa, and South America. Perform an Internet search in order to identify the names of the securities exchanges in each selected country. Perform an additional Internet search to identify the names of publicly traded companies listed on each exchange, but not listed on any exchange based in the United States (including the NYSE, NASDAQ, or AMEX). Select one company traded on each of these five foreign securities exchanges. Visit the web site of each securities exchange or a financial search web site in order to obtain the market information about each company’s common stock listed in Part A of the template. Complete Part A the MBA F605 Topic 5 Activity 3 Template (MS Word document) to record the results of this information search. For each company, visit the web site of the company, a financial search web site, or the web site of the foreign securities exchange in order to locate the financial reports of the company listed in Part B of the table below. Examine these reports to determine whether they contain the items listed in Part B of the table. Complete Part B of the MS Word template to record the results of this information search. Based on your examination of the information in the completed table for each company, assess the apparent degree of market transparency and information risk for each foreign securities market. Provide your assessment in Part C of the MS Word template, limiting your response to 100 words. Save your completed MS Word template using the following file-naming convention:
