Assignment: Completed Critical Appraisal Tools, Evidence, and Synthesis Tables The purpose of this assignment is to complete the appropriate critical appraisal tool for each article (4 of them), then create Evidence and Synthesis Tables in order to have the necessary information to answer the PICOT question in preparation for the final paper. Will need the completed Evidence and Synthesis Tables as one document (both Tables in one Word document). For this assignment: 1) Critical Appraisal Tool (CAT) for each article with citation at top of each “CAT”- I WILL PROVIDE THE CHECKLIST. PLEASE ANSWER THE QUESTIONS WITH SUPPORTING EVIDENCE FROM THE ARTICLES (APPROX 1-5 SENTENCES EACH QUESTION… KEEP IT BRIEF. THIS MAY BE ON 1 PAGE PER ARTICLE. SINGLE SPACED). 2) Evidence and Synthesis Tables – I WILL PROVIDE THE TEMPLATE. PLEASE FILL OUT AS A WORD DOCUMENT. I will provide you with the Grading Rubric for this assignment and the Rubric, for reference. There is a required template to use for these tables, which I will submit. (The tables will look best in landscape layout rather than portrait layout). The following PICOT question will guide the inquiry into this topic: In Intensive Care Units, how does designated quiet time as compared to pharmacological therapy affect noise level, the incidence of delirium, morbidity, mortality, and patient outcomes during the hospital stay?
