Leadership and Planning

The paper is a professional synthesis and intervention on “Nursing’s Agenda for the Future, A Call to the Nation”. Each student will select a domain from the paper(chose Leadership and Planning). You will identify an issue associated with that domain, research the concept, and create a plan of action to resolve the issue. Critical thinking and synthesis of knowledge must be evident in the paper. A document of five to eight pages excluding references is expected to fully explore the domain and create a plan that is evident of senior college work. The paper will be written in APA format. The student in addition to the problem solving of the Domain Topic, will have real life experience in planning, creating a motivational climate, delegation, conflict management, time management, and group communication. In the work, we do not often have the luxury of selecting our co-workers. Nursing is team-oriented work environment and this assignment will provide practical application in many leadership and management skills.
